Service Writer/ Store Manager

Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Service Writer/ Store Manager to join our team You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the auto technicians team. Responsibilities: Open shop in mornings and cheerfully greet customers.

Knowledgeably discuss vehicles 2010-2022 with customers. Write and sell service orders according to technician assessments. Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting Resolve escalated customer complaints ​ Qualifications:

Previous experience in automotive maintenance and repair shop.
