Day to Day job Duties: (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis)- Develop a list of Service Now video training topics and produce said videos along with proper meta data and cataloguing of the videos for reference. Would consist of common Service Now tasks and functions as well as more advanced tips and tricks as necessary and as directed/approved by the client.
Content would also include client specific uses of Service Now and ITSM processes. Develop, in conjunction with the client, and deliver class room training on Service Now. Training will include common tasks and functions and client ITSM processes.
Basic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each)- Experience with current version of Service Now functionality Experience delivering classroom training on Service Now Ability to produce small video clips using Camtasia or similar technology Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work with minimal direction to achieve the training goals Excellent Client facing skills Travel: This position requires someone who can travel at least 25%. Preferred location is New York/New Jersey or East coast. Degree: Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent work experience Nice to Have; (But not a must) Camtasia or similar experience
