Winco, Inc. designs and manufactures portable and standby power systems and is located in Le Center, MN. We are seeking a person in our service department to assist customers with troubleshooting and repair of generators.

Job responsibilities are to help customers resolve issues in the field by troubleshooting over the phone, parts support, price quotation and part availability. Hands on troubleshooting and repair in support of manufacturing operations and warranty returns are required.

Qualified candidates must have excellent troubleshooting skills. A strong mechanical and basic electrical background is required.

WINCO is willing to train the right candidate on generator repair. The ideal candidate will be motivated and a self-starter, with great attention to detail. Excellent organization and communication skills are required.

Computer literacy with Microsoft Office is a must. Opportunity for promotion is available.

WINCO offers a competitive salary $45K-$55K and full benefits package including medical and dental insurance with employer/employee shared premiums, company paid group life and short term disability, optional LTD, vision and voluntary life; family coverage available.
