RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Familiar with the standard products of ISE Aftermarket and be fully conversant with the assembly drawings and bill of materials using only approved versions

  • Responsible for the safe assembly, testing and repair of assigned pressure control (WHE) under the direction of the Service Supervisor

  • Produce product in a manner as to improve efficiency to achieve productivity and delivery goals

  • Notify the Service Supervisor of any mistakes, omissions or alterations necessary to drawings or bill of materials

  • Work in an orderly and organized manner, keeping the Service Center, oil dispensing area, door area and yard area clean and organized at all times

  • Upkeep of ISE Aftermarket tools and tool box, reporting any losses or breakages to the Service Supervisor and keeping the tool box locked when not in use.

  • Use safe working practices as directed

  • Other duties as assigned.

  • To carry out all duties in accordance with the Quality Assurance procedures and departmental works instructions.

  • To contribute to general improvements in the quality of key activities within the department.

TRAINING

  • To actively participate in training as identified.

  • Wear all required personal protective equipment when and where required. You must properly use personal protective equipment when operations and/or policies require use.

  • Observe and obey all signs posted.

  • Report all safety hazards to your immediate supervisor as soon as possible.

  • Immediately report all work-related injuries, auto accidents, property damage, or equipment damage to your immediate supervisor.

  • Follow company policies and procedures for the use, storage, and disposal of hazardous materials, chemicals, and waste materials.

  • Obey permit conditions and limits at facilities that have permits for air emissions, water discharge, and waste disposal to the extent practicable.

  • Stop work immediately if you have any safety concerns over the task or job which may put you or your co-worker(s) at risk, and contact your supervisor immediately and explain the concerns.

  • Follow all customer safety policies when on their location.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School graduate or GED preferred

  • Must have experience and knowledge of mechanical assembly; pressure control (preferred) and basic blueprint reading skills

About the opportunity: * You will work with customers to electrically/mechanically troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of commercial food equipment including cooking, food preparation, ware washers, weigh wrap, baking and refrigeration. * You will typically leave from home each morning and work with minimal direct supervision at customer sites. * You will meet or surpass weekly productivity and customer-oriented goals while maintaining a high level of customer service.
