Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Servicing of customers' fire & life safety equipment, primarily fire extinguishers including annual maintenance, recharging or repair.
Respond to customers' service calls.
Perform site surveys for required fire protection equipment.
Expand growing customer base.
Responsible for compliance of company and customer's safety programs.
Responsible for accurate time sheets, service tickets and inventory.
Essential Skills and Experience:
Strong customer service, communication and relationship skills.
Must be extremely motivated.
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
Ability to effectively multitask and thrive in an exciting work environment.
Must have basic understanding of hand tools and how to properly use them.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently.
Excellent driving record.
