What you will do
The Service Technician is a troubleshooter and service expert. Alleviates concerns the customer may have regarding a fire system. Advises customers and the customer care center of the status of systems and processes inspections.
How you will do it
Locate and alleviate trouble with damaged equipment or wiring.
Readjust equipment, repair or replace inoperative equipment and test for operation
Excellent ability in following up on incomplete repairs or other open issues with jobs worked, entering detailed comments in Service Application.
What we look for
High school diploma or GED - Some college preferred
New York City S 98 Certification
Minimum 2-4 year's experience inspecting/repairing Fire Systems or comparable product line.
Excellent communication skills. Other: - Proficiency with laptop and iPhone.
