This position is designed as an entry level position. The purpose of this position is to become proficient in servicing equipment utilizing basic troubleshooting skills while developing customer skills and demonstrating satisfactory work habits.
Complete technical training as assigned.
Gain proficiency in servicing assigned equipment.
Develop ability to work independently.
Services primarily printers and lower segment Multi-Functional Devices
Maintains and tracks usage of all assigned car stock inventory.
Open calls, close calls, and track parts usage in e-automate via phone.
Provides good customer service and develops relationships with internal/external customers
Miscellaneous duties as assigned
Requirements High school diploma or GED required.
Ability to lift up to 75lbs
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to use Microsoft Office applications as needed to perform the job
Maintain a valid driver's license. *
Access to reliable vehicle. *
Maintain a safe vehicle with secure storage for assigned laptop, car stock, and tools.
Maintain auto insurance. *
Exceptions to these requirements would be "on-site" techs and "walking territories".
