Reports To: Team Lead, Key Accounts, Centralized Operations

Position Summary:

The Embedded Service Technician provides field service deliverables related to security system deployments in a variety of environments on different types of systems. This may include both hardware and software related deliverables. Basic troubleshooting and repair methodologies are employed daily. Customer service aptitude and attitude is essential in the performance of duties, as well, exhibiting highly developed skills in communication with all levels of system users.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Field Repair Service

  • Routine Door/ Point Check

  • Preventative Maintenance

  • Installation Support: Small Add, modify and change requests

  • LobbyWorks, ProWatch and Max Pro IA Support

  • Video Stream Verification/ Reporting

  • Support Remote Help Desk and Training as Required

  • Business Hours support of all NJ area Service Requests

  • On Call For Emergency Service Requests

  • Support Stock room and Inventory Functions

  • Backfill required for PTO absences

  • Vehicle required

  • Basic application programming capability

  • Performs Site Surveys

  • Create/maintain strong IT relationship

Position Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years industry experience with integrated systems

  • ProWatch/MaxPro/LobbyWorks Certifications

  • Strong field technician background

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • Vocational/Technical Degree in electrical, security or computer systems preferred

  • Preference for prior experience in electronic security systems

  • Experience with electronic systems to board level desired

  • Climb ladders that extend up to 24 ft. in height

  • Carry items up to 75 pounds

  • Ability to work outdoors in varying climate conditions

  • Ability to work on-call covering after hours & weekend emergency calls

  • A valid state driver's license, without restrictions, is required

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact in a team environment and build relationships

VIEW JOBS 12/11/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-03-11T00:00 The Pharmacy Technician obtains new patient's clinical and prescription plan coverage information review new prescription and/or prescription. * Responsible for creating a patient profile in the pharmacy information system. * Enters necessary prescription plan information in the patient profile for processing and adjudicating patient's prescriptions. * Responsible for entering all new patient prescription information into the pharmacy information system. * Retrieves and prepares the medication for pharmacist review and verification. * Prepares inventory reports for pharmacist review to purchase. * Submits receives and places inventory in stock. * Answers inbound telephone calls and triages calls as appropriate based upon the nature of the call to the appropriate staff. * Assists with the reviews and handling of all adjudicated prescription claims to ensure appropriateness of reimbursement co-pay and related financials and if needed as directed follows up all such claims deemed inappropriate. * Assists Pharmacist by providing required information for therapeutic consults with patients. * Intervenes with Pharmacy Benefit Manager Companies to resolve plan and patient specific adjudication issues. * Supply and monitor ambulatory dispensing robotic technology. Actively participates by delivering medications and pharmaceutical supplies to patients as outlined by the concierge prescription program. * Performs related duties as assigned. Normally requires a minimum of two (2) years directly related and progressively responsible ambulatory pharmacy experience; bachelor's degree program preferred. Pharmacy technician certified with a state or national technical certification organization preferred (may be required in some states). * Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing * Ability to work quickly and accurately under time and volume constraints * Strong interpersonal skills * Ability to resolve patient issues quickly and creatively in order to improve customer satisfaction * Familiarity with pharmaceutical products services and drug interactions * Strong organizational skills; attention to detail * Good analytical skills * Must be registered with the New Jersey Board of Pharmacy. * Pharmacy Technician certification from the PTCB and the ICPT.
