We are looking for a Service Technician to operate a company service truck and drive to various locations to service/pump/clean portable restrooms or holding tanks. This is the heart of our business.


  • Perform basic service truck driving functions in accordance with USS and DOT requirements.

  • Perform all work duties in a safe manner in accordance with USS and DOT safety standards to ensure no accidents or injuries.

  • Perform duties by sitting, standing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling. In addition, perform lifting/pushing between 50 and 150 lbs. on a frequent basis during work shift.

  • Conduct portable toilets servicing to USS 8 point service standard.

  • Perform customer service interaction when on customer work sites to ensure they are getting the services completed to their standard.

  • Ability to be flexible in order to meet customer needs when routes needs to be adjusted or changed.

  • Provide routing feedback to Operations Manager/Supervisor/Coordinator to be most efficient as well as giving the customer the best service possible.

  • Ability to strategically plan for customer needs by discussing their portable toilet needs, so the customer's current and future needs are satisfied.

  • You are regularly exposed to outside weather conditions, moving mechanical parts, and fumes or airborne particles.

  • HS Diploma or general education degree (GED)

  • At least 1-year commercial or general vehicle driving experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Valid Driver License (CDL A or B with Tanker Endorsement)

To learn more, please visit JOB SUMMARY: Individual will answer all incoming support incidents to the Service Desk in a professional, confident and timely manner. The service desk is the central point of communication for all users and provides an interface for all other service operation processes and activities. Technician will aim to restore normal service of systems as quickly as possible by minimizing the impact to the business operations. By ensuring the agreed service levels are maintained and eliminate recurring incidents by enforcing root cause analysis. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following: * Must understand and record the relevant aspects of any issues in the ticketing system. * Record and monitor user request using company approved systems, tools and procedures. * Retrieve messages Voicemail, Email, or Web and either return calls or distribute the messages, as appropriate. * Responsible for level 2 support service requests. * Resolve, or assist in the resolution of Customer issues through effective questioning, negotiation and conflict management, and using the correct policies and procedures. Ensure a high level of Customer Service and satisfaction in achieved through the process, end to end. * Escalate customer's enquiries appropriately to second or third level support, where an enquiry cannot be resolved to a customer's satisfaction. * Ensure compliance with policies and procedures as outlined. * Investigate or replicate issues to resolve open work orders. * Create, or assist in the creation of articles for the Knowledge Base. * Achieve satisfactory customer ratings via customer surveys and feedback line. * Take ownership of service requests by updating customer regularly on the status of their open work orders as per their preferred method of contact- telephone or email and see these through to resolution. * Responsible for communicating to the business any maintenance, outages or upgrades. * Serve as backup for the Senior Technician\Trainer. * Perform any other work-related duties as assigned. POSITION REQUIREMENTS AND CONDITIONS: Education/Experience * Minimum 1-year experience in a Service Desk level 1 technician role Certificates/Licenses/Registrations * None Required Skills Required * Ability to conduct research on equipment issues and products as required. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as relationship-building skills. * Ability to read and understand technical manuals and procedural documentation. * Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail. * Self-motivated, with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. * Good technical knowledge of PC and desktop hardware and PC internal components preferred. * Ability to operate tools, components and peripheral accessories. * Understanding of the company's goals, objectives and values. * Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. * Must be able to pass the Service Desk Level 2 Technician Certification with a minimum score of 75%. * Bi-lingual English and Spanish (Highly desirable).
