ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Service Technician, you assist in maintaining the physical integrity of a multimillion dollar, multifamily apartment home community for residents, visitors, and associates alike. B. Special Skills A. EMR experienceMS Word and ExcelFamiliarity with medical terminology,Excellent customer service skills in person and over the telephone. B. Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and web/Internet are required. Epic experience. Demonstrated customer service skills, including the ability to use appropriate judgment, independent thinking and creativity when resolving customer issues. Able to maintain strict confidentiality of all personal/health sensitive information. Ability to effectively handle challenging situations and to balance multiple priorities. Other A.
