Player One Amusement Group, a division of Cineplex Entertainment LP, has an immediate full-time opening for the position of Service Technician in the Houston, Texas and surrounding area.
As a Service Technician you are responsible for repairs and maintenance of amusement games, both in-house and periodically off-site. A successful candidate has a mechanical aptitude with the desire to increase their repair knowledge.
General maintenance on all amusement gaming equipment, i.e., coin operated, crane, etc. Includes but not limited to; replace components, test equipment, cleaning, preparation, ensuring repairs are done in a cost effective manner.
Analyze equipment problems and troubleshoot repairs.
Assist with installation of Amusement equipment on location. Some overnights may occur.
Support service personnel.
Prep new and used amusement games.
Ensure we meet customer's expectations.
Comply with all safety procedures, maintaining good housekeeping and safety of all in-house and off-site work areas. Adhere to all health and safety requirements by the organization.
Maintain compliance with Federal, State, Municipal, Ordinances, Codes, or Laws.
Other miscellaneous duties as required.
A minimum of three years working in related field.
Solid low voltage electrical repair experience with mechanical aptitude.
Skilled in the practical application of electronics, mechanics and in the use and maintenance of tools and equipment of the trade.
Solid problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
A reliable professional with customer service skills and adaptable to change.
Organizational and time management skills.
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends and holidays.
Ability to lift and manipulate objects of up to 50 lbs.
A valid driver's license and clear driving record.
