THE CHALLENGE

We are looking for Service Technicians to support our Service Center in Boston WindhamYou will work with the highest regard for personal safety and the safety of others.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Read job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements.
Dismounts and mounts tires as specified by the customer order.
Perform preventive maintenance and ensure cleanliness of all equipment including service vehicles
Ensure tools and servicing equipment are kept clean and operational at all times.
Filling orders and unloading shipments as required.
Follow company procedures and supervisor’s instructions.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Required (number of years, field, position, achievements…)

Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Preferred industry experience: industrial and/or mechanical aptitude preferred.

Other knowledge/technical requirements or professional information, languages, travel required

Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) software applications.
Travel required: 0-10%

UPS FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN – Boston, MA A fully competent UPS Field Technician - Applies an intensive and diversified knowledge of complete UPS start-up, testing and operations. Responsible for commissioning, maintaining and providing emergency support on power electronics at customers’ sites within their respective regional coverage area. Performs commissioning focused design reviews, prepares commissioning test procedures and reports, coordinates and oversees on-site testing. When not in field involved in preventive maintenance, emergency response, equipment start-up and/or field modification, candidate will occasionally train at the company’s headquarters testing equipment or rebuilding older systems. Discuss with technical support problems related to maintenance or operation of equipment. Candidate will participate in the development if Methods of Procedures (MOPs) Consults with supervisor concerning unusual problems and developments. Candidate will be home based.
