Who are we looking for?

• Automotive Technicians- B & C Level

• Experience and/or ASE Certifications, per level

• Honda or Acura experience a plus but not required

• Ambitious, detail-oriented, self-starter

• Positive attitude

• Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment

• Customer-focused

• Strong communicator

• Ability to collaborate effectively

• Valid Driver's License with clean, insurable driving record

• Verifiable track record of performance

• Professional references

The estimated annual earning range for this position is ($42,000.00 to $115,900.00), which includes commissions on (Commissions

• Ex: "Individual Sales and/or Individual Gross Profit", "Department Net") and/or bonus opportunities such as (Bonuses

• Ex: "Parts Gross Achievement, Manufacturer Approvability").

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
