Program Overview WHY - develop the skills to thrive as a Certified Technician HOW - graduate from Service Technician Apprenticeship program WHAT Year 1 Mission : hands-on experience with Certified Technician and achieve 4 ASE certifications Timeline : 1 Year Year 2 Mission : apply 'Year 1' learnings to kick off a successful career as a Certified Technician and earn additional ASE certifications Timeline : 1 Year Qualifications Values - integrity, drive, team player Ability to learn and follow service process Ability to learn and utilize diagnostic tools and special equipment Experience in dealership systems is preferred (training available) Benefits Health: Comprehensive Medical Plan, Dental Plan, & Vision Plan 401K and Roth IRA - with both matching and retirement contributions by Al Serra Auto Plaza Vacation time, generally ranging from one week up to three weeks per year based on time of employment Life Insurance Disability - both Short Term and Long Term Employee discounts on New and Used vehicles
