Service Technician

We are seeking candidates with a background in commercial refrigeration, strong technical aptitude, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service to join our dynamic team!

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair commercial refrigeration systems, including walk-in coolers, freezers, ice machines, display cases, and HVAC units.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks like coil cleaning, filter replacement, and refrigerant level checks.

• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues using diagnostic tools.

• Conduct inspections to identify and resolve potential equipment problems for improved efficiency.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.

• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients.

• Adhere to safety protocols while working on commercial refrigeration systems.

• Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies in refrigeration.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work on call rotation.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

• EPA Universal Certification for refrigerant handling.

• Strong knowledge of commercial refrigeration systems and troubleshooting.

• Proficiency in using specialized tools for diagnostics and repairs.

• Familiarity with electrical and mechanical systems.

• Physical capability to lift heavy equipment and work in varied environments.
