Our team in Syracuse, NY is adding a Service Support Technician. Responsibilities and authority include:
Produce quotes in Epicor.
Customer and field call troubleshooting.
Releasing orders for fabrication.
Attend weekly production meetings to ensureOTCC
Coordination with Engineering and Controls
Review, edit, and submit final reports.
Review of inspection reports and drawings
Produce bill of materials for maintenanceorders
Conduct freight calls for equipment orders
Travel to site when necessary to perform fieldchecks
Salesforce opportunity set up
Produce Service related drawings
Identifying non-conformities and initiating
Corrective Action Reports and Supplier Corrective Action Reports, as needed
Conducting ISO 9001 activities as needed
Performing work activities that are in linewith achieving the company's Quality Objectives
4 year technical/theatre degree
5+ year's experience
MS Office applications
Excellent communication, organization, verbal and writingskills
Strong familiarity with theatre rigging
Some Electrical/Controls knowledge
Ability to read blueprints
AutoCad a plus
Epicor / Salesforce experience preferred
ISO 9001 Quality Management System Awareness
ETCP Certification preferred
