Our team in Syracuse, NY is adding a Service Support Technician. Responsibilities and authority include:

  • Request time and materials estimates from

Field Technicians.

  • Produce quotes in Epicor.

  • Customer and field call troubleshooting.

  • Releasing orders for fabrication.

  • Attend weekly production meetings to ensureOTCC

  • Coordination with Engineering and Controls

  • Review, edit, and submit final reports.

  • Review of inspection reports and drawings

  • Produce bill of materials for maintenanceorders

  • Conduct freight calls for equipment orders

  • Travel to site when necessary to perform fieldchecks

  • Salesforce opportunity set up

  • Produce Service related drawings

  • Identifying non-conformities and initiating

Corrective Action Reports and Supplier Corrective Action Reports, as needed

  • Conducting ISO 9001 activities as needed

  • Performing work activities that are in linewith achieving the company's Quality Objectives

Qualifications:

  • 4 year technical/theatre degree

  • 5+ year's experience

  • MS Office applications

  • Excellent communication, organization, verbal and writingskills

  • Strong familiarity with theatre rigging

  • Some Electrical/Controls knowledge

  • Ability to read blueprints

  • AutoCad a plus

  • Epicor / Salesforce experience preferred

  • ISO 9001 Quality Management System Awareness

  • ETCP Certification preferred
