What is the job about? As part of the Network Processing Operational Support organization, you will be involved in the creation of encryption keys, and loading client configurations in both test and production environments. With normal job processing, there are always exceptions that require input from other organizations, where you ultimately will make the decision if a desired change can be processed or not. You will provide rotational 24/7 on call support for exception processing, and rotational work on weekends and holidays to oversee the successful execution of synchronization jobs; while working closely with developers on issue resolution and keeping our client management team well informed of delays and progress. Our Network Processing organization has responsibility for authorizing all payments along with the clearing and settlement of funds, ultimately contributing to the success of Visa, while offering a wide variety of career opportunities.
Who are we looking for? You! We are looking for an individual with little to no experience and interested in becoming Visa's next Sr. Operations Technical Support Specialist. You will become part of a team that works closely and is like family. If you are process driven and do not mind some repetition, this job is for you. You recognize when to ask for help and when to collaborate with others, working across departments and sometimes getting involved in projects and responsibilities outside your immediate area of focus. Above all, you are someone who takes initiative when there is something to be done, and always courteous and willing to go the extra mile for our clients, to help retain Visa's impeccable image.
Why us? Working at Visa is challenging. The problems that we face and solve and the decisions that we make affect the world.
