As a Service Specialist at Vantage West,

Your primary responsibility is to provide accurate, professional, and prompt Member service. You mentor, train, and direct Teller staff and financial representatives by providing feedback on sales, service, and operations goals. You are able to identify the Members' needs and you offer the appropriate products and services to Members. What else you'll need to succeed

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • 2 years customer service, sales and/or retail banking experience

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule Monday through Saturday as needed

The Customer Service Specialist analyzes, determines, and resolves problems or initiates work orders. This position provides professional follow through with sites, departments, and personnel to ensure internal customer satisfaction MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma or G.E.D. Five (5) years progressively responsible customer service experience, to include authority to resolve problems Experience presenting information to various size groups Experience providing training to personnel Word Processing/Database/Spreadsheet Program Knowledge Valid Driver's License required Verbal & Written communication skills in English and a demonstrated ability to read and comprehend written/graphic and oral instructions Any equivalent combination of experience, training, or education PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS One year in a trades or maintenance working environment, and problem-solving experience Ability to think critically and utilize analytical skills to solve problems Supervisory experience in a customer service environment ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS AFTER HIRE FBI fingerprint background check (at employee's expense) Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization Must hold a current Arizona Driver's license and have accrued no more than the allowable points against Driver's License as described under Governing Board Policy: EEB-R-1 Business and Personnel Transportation Services - Transportation by Employees COMMENTS 2019-2020 SCHOOL YEAR LOCATION - Operations - Broadway & Kino Parkway Area White Collar - Grade 9 $15.24 per hour 1.0 FTE - 8 hours per day 12 month position Positions less than 30 hours per week are not eligible for district benefits.
