Achieve the agreed quarterly and annual service sales targets set for the established areas of responsibility.
Achieve the targets for each product group and market segments sold in the defined areas of responsibility.
Increase service contract capture rate (POS), service contract renewal rate, and conversion rate of "demand service" customers to contracts.
Improve quality of service proposal and supporting documentation presented to customer during sales process
Improve level of service sales "collaboration" by engaging and teaming with field sales and field service organizations
Ensure the integrity of data is accurate and maintained as customer data base is enhanced.
Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through delivery of sales, support assistance, and quote formulation
B2B and/or Inside service sales experience preferred
Bachelors degree or equivalent preferred
Travel (required estimated % of time)
