SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE/DRIVER (CLASS A) JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Service Representative / Delivery Driver in Gulfport. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while also delivering products to our clients in a timely and safe manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing excellent customer service to clients by addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

• Safely and efficiently delivering products to client locations.

• Monitoring inventory levels and restocking products as needed.

• Ensuring that all deliveries are completed accurately and on time.

• Maintaining a clean and organized delivery vehicle.

• Following all company policies and procedures relating to safety and product handling.

• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Valid Class A driver's license and clean driving record.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Previous experience in customer service or delivery preferred.
