Summary:
Plan for and schedule service-type projects initiated by construction and/or customers including but not limited to Dispenser Upgrades, Site Startups, POS Installs, EMV, etc. Develop project specific checklists to ensure project consistency and completion.
Support and liaise between Service and Construction. Work with Service Technicians, Service Managers, Project Managers, Dispatchers, Warranty, and Waste Solutions to coordinate internal resources to move work orders through our system. To ensure consistency with Company policy and guidelines. Follows through on all written and spoken requests and implements/completes various projects as assigned.

Requirements:
Education: Four-year college degree in Business Administration, Construction or related fields or a combination of fours years of education, training and experience is required
Experience: 4-6 years of experience in the petroleum service, project management, service dispatching or the petroleum field.
Licenses/Certifications: None. Preference given to candidates holding current factory certifications (EG: Gilbarco Veeder Root, Franklin Fueling, etc)
Technical Abilities: Ability to read and interpret documents.
Ability to navigate websites with initiative to document procedures and train other users. Ability to prepare reports and correspondence. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and other employees of the organization.
Good record-keeping, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Experience with Microsoft Office Products including Excel.
Autonomy/Direction: Ability to work independently with little or no direction: Translates management's desired outcomes into workable tasks and executes those tasks at his/her own discretion.

Working Hazards: Works in a seated position for extended periods of time.
Physical/Mental Exertion Ability to perform light physical work, exerting up to 10 pounds of force on a frequent basis, performing such activities as fingering, grasping, lifting, reaching, crouching, and repetitive tasks. Continuous attention to numerical detail. Normal office environment.
Tools and Equipment: Ability to accomplish the described duties through the use of
