About the team
Working within a larger team with global accountability for Service Portfolio Management, IT Asset Management and Software & Hardware Asset Management you will operationally lead a small team providing Service Portfolio Management globally for all Worldpay Solutions, Products and Services.
What you will be doing
This position is responsible for implementing & supporting best practices and procedures for Service Portfolio Management. A highly skilled role, you will be required to work with minimal supervision on complex concepts & projects, with a wide latitude for independent judgment.
You will be responsible for managing CMDB foundational data; Solution, Product and Services in addition to some CMDB operational data ensuring Service Commitments are mapped to Clients and Applications correctly.
You will provide day to day operational support to Portfolio Management analysts,
Provide subject matter expertise for long and short-range plans for Portfolio Management,
You will be required to assist in the development, and implementation, of effective procedures and processes for accurately tracking & accounting for Solutions, Products, Services and their commitments and the clients consuming them through their lifecycles,
Provide input where Products and Services overlap to reduce organizational cost and complexity,
Provide input to new Product and Service discussions to ensure awareness of what is already available,
Support Audits and proactively identify risk areas and advise on mitigation,
Strong senior stakeholder management and the ability to articulate the value of Portfolio Management processes to the business
Develop training material and presentations, educating project and operational personnel in the requirements for foundational data in the CMDB,
Ensure that KPIs, SLAs etc., are met including the provision of the monthly statistics and reports and a continual service improvement plan.

Experience of Merchant Processing,
Knowledge of PowerBI and ability to use data insights to present business cases,
ITIL v4 Foundation certification preferred,
Understanding of Service Level Agreements,
