  • Issue RMA Number for customers in North and Central America
  • Forecast RMA trend of incoming LCM (Liquid Crystal Module) based on confirmed, received and closed status
  • Monitor all customers' information and update necessary information via CCS (Customer Collaboration System)
  • Daily communicate with customers/vendors to resolve RMA issues
  • Resolve all miscellaneous issues stemming from RMA replacement(s) and reimbursements
  • Allot Repair Charge invoices to field customers towards the end of each and every month
  • Process all reimbursement(s) for both field and process customers
  • Make weekly and monthly issue, repair charge, transportation cost reports
  • Collaborate with other departments and management on RMA planning and status
  • Manage AP process of Logistics
  • Manage forwarding company (Freight, Custom) charge processes (review and approval, summary)
  • Collaborate with other departments and management on RMA planning and status
  • Participate in continued learning and skills building as required to support the business
  • Discuss with management for visibility, direction and alternative solutions of any issues found
  • Take pro-active approach to identifying and resolving potential problems or issues that may impact a repair part
  • Comply with all required safety/quality regulations and with the companys policy and procedures
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 0-3 years of experience
  • Bachelors degree in business related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & Windows base OS
  • Authorized to work for any U.S. employer
  • Travel required: 12%
