As a Service Parts I - Distribution, it is expected that you can work independently and that you are detail oriented. It is expected that you will follow both verbal and written instructions, and complete documentation accurately. You will prioritize your work effectively to ensure that all customer orders are fulfilled on time.
Areas of Responsibility:
Will strive for 100% customer satisfaction with each order.
Will verify the accuracy of orders to the Pick Ticket and customer order.
Will meet daily production goals.
Can manage a reactive workload daily.
Can work independently, exercise sound judgment and elicit support and cooperation from coworkers.
Will complete all SLMS assignments prior to the assignments due date.
Will work from written and/or verbal instructions while maintaining pace with production requirements.
Will be required to comply with documentation and regulatory procedures and policies.
Will provide great customer support to all Stryker personnel.
Will maintain all training records to remain compliant.
May support and/or lead continuous improvement projects.
May be a subject matter expert in all processes within the distribution area.
May provide training and/or guidance to other Service Parts Distribution personnel.
May support the development or revision of guidelines and work instructions.
May provide coaching feedback to team members to help improving their processes.
May accurately perform Cycle Counts.
May interact with internal customers to help with shipping solutions.
