Position Overview

Supervises the operation of multiple installations, including creating and implementing work plans.

Completes maintenance contracts and service agreements and ensures they are being met.

Supervises projects within the business, including project organization, definition, planning, implementation and control.

Supervises operational activities on an ongoing daily basis, exercising tight cost control and maximizing price realization.

Seeks customer feedback and takes action to ensure customer satisfaction.

Assists with job cost re-estimates.

Responsibilities

First line supervisory position. Manages service account engineers and field specialists. Manages multiple service project with a total revenue less than five million(< />

Supervises the activities and performance of all service project management and service account engineers.

Provides technical support, expertise, leadership and accountability for service projects, service agreements, and/or T&M work in assigned geographic area or location.

Plans, organizes, directs and controls all service work and service project activities for assigned projects and/or service accounts. Supervises employees to ensure schedules are maintained and service work proceeds according to plans, resulting from service agreement proposals, service project proposal and cost estimates.

Also ensures T&M work is completed in an effective and profitable fashion. Supervises account engineering activities including service project work, material ordering, shipping, service agreement labor plans,, customer satisfaction and service accounts receivable.

Plans and justifies manpower, staffing requirements, tools, and other appropriate investments for effective and timely execution of assigned service work. Utilizes the Service agreement low GM improvement process, service tools, and assists in monthly forecasting.

Ensures proper job management and cost control by reviewing service financial statements with engineers. Maintains and improves booked margins for service agreements.

Directs and supervises the development of service agreement plans and the use of those plans in the monitoring and control of progress in the execution of the work. Reviews customer feedback and ensures service agreement retention and account growth goals are achieved including adds, extras, upgrades, escalations, and timely renewals.

Develops manpower schedules and loading to ensure contract completion and labor leveling. Maintains timely communications and harmonious relationships between solutions, service, and sales so that project completion and turnover to service can be coordinated to customer disruptions, to maximize our profitability and to insure a smooth transition to a service agreement.

Builds and maintains an effective service operations organization committed to customer and employee satisfaction and profitable growth. Manages or advises on hiring, training and development, allocation and performance assessment of personnel within area of responsibility. Provides the tools, training and environment required to achieve employee success.

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education And Experience

Requires two years of college or technical school resulting in an Associate's degree or equivalent.
5-7 Years Experience in Engineering or Project Management
3+ Years of Supervisory Experience


Employees Supervised: 8-17


Certification may be required in some areas.

Individual must possess a valid Driver's license in good standing

Individual must be at least 21 years of age in order to participate in the required Siemens vehicle plan

VIEW JOBS 12/3/2019 12:00:00 AM 2020-03-02T00:00 POSITION SUMMARY: Key client owner and single point of contact responsible for the project management of the entire implementation and/or merger and acquisition, from the point of sale through the transition to on-going Client Services. The Team Leader will also be responsible for overseeing and leading a team of Implementation Project Managers using ADP's Leadership Expectations (Market, Business, and People Leadership). ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Project manages work of several internal departments, client, financial advisors and client's prior recordkeeper to ensure a successful implementation and is the subject matter expert for all functional areas through ADP for the conversion. * Perform welcome call and explain the implementation process to the client, ensuring the client understands actions they need to take in order to ensure successful implementation, and identify/introduce other team members who will interact directly with the client. * Assist client with prior recordkeeper notification and obtaining a liquidation date. * Provide the client with a blackout notice and explain the legal responsibilities for providing the notice to their plan participants in a timely manner. * Manage the transfer of plan assets and participant records by communicating directly with client's current providers and internal ADP departments. * Establish Payroll Input call to review with client how to enter payroll deductions and compliance coding. * Work with client, prior recordkeepers and internal ADP parties on missing information needed to complete conversion to ADP RS. * Responsible for preparation and distribution of all applicable client conversion communication. * Responsible for documentation based on department standards and coordination of seamless transition to Client Services. Failure to properly execute could cause significant financial impact to ADP and/or the client. Key Client Account Manager: * Key client contact during implementation from point of sale through the transition to Client Services. * Monitors and communicates conversion status on a regular basis with client, sales and financial advisors. Drawing from 401(k) experience, product and legislative knowledge evaluates, assesses and recommends solutions to question/issues surfaced from client, and internal departments regarding the implementation. Consulting with client on non-standard issues * Delivers ADP Mid-Market Prototype Adoption Agreement and reviews elections with client from both a regulatory and ADP Retirement Services administration perspective to ensure plan setup meets client expectations and confirms to the prototype's product specifications and system constraints. * Work with the client and internal ADP groups on exception related processes requested by clients. This may include adding investment with restrictions, transfer in-kind, setup of brokerage accounts, special blackout notifications, special processes needed to be supported by Client Services and Operations, etc. Responsible for review of conversion data and records prior to plan being moved to production go-live. Communicates with client for appropriate conversion data approvals. Complexities may include review and communication of service calculations, combination of multiple loans into small number of loans, mapping of investment elections and deferral percent's, etc. Participate on Team Projects Research Issues and share findings with other team members Mentor and train new associates. Assist with research and discussions with clients on escalated issues Effectively leads a team of Implementation Project Managers aligning with the strategic direction of the Retirement Services Business Unit. * Provides training to newer associates and monitors their progress on an ongoing basis. Works with existing associates on a consistent basis by providing constructive feedback for continuous improvement * Identifies when there are training issues/needs among the team and helps bring resolution to these items * Works closely with management on team planning and department goals while keeping management aware of trends within the department * Assists with team capacity planning and resource utilization * Effectively handles escalations, works closely with critical clients, and reports back to management on progress * Coordinates and works on project assignments ensuring the proper follow through occurs; keeps management aware of key initiatives Facilitates team meetings and assists with topics covered.
