Service Operations Specialist

Position Summary:

The Service Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting the Service Division with warranty administration tasks and providing exceptional customer service. The key to success will be partnering cross-functionally with Retail, Credit, RSS, IT and Customer Service while ensuring adherence to all Standard Operating Procedures.

Responsibilities:

The Service Operations Specialist responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Review exchange requests to determine qualification based on Ts&Cs

• Accountable for accuracy and attention to detail on invoice editing

• Review Helpdesk tickets to solve customer issues related to warranty claims

• Contact every customer that has an approved exchange

• Key exchanges for qualifying product

• Assist customers, sales, service, and call centers with inquiries via all methods of contact

• Work with Vendors to obtain Return Authorizations

• Partner with MFS to ensure proper furniture claims management

• Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Ability to professionally interact with internal and external customers to drive results

• Willingness to learn about new products and processes

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Retail experience preferred

• Proficient with Microsoft Office

• High attention to detail dealing with complicated tasks

High school diploma or GED is required

Full time schedule 8-5 Monday to Friday
