The essential duties of this position is to assist and process tasks for payment to ASO organizations. Also, process startup registrations as required. Establish ASO relationships with effective communication, and timely processing of claims. Need to work closely with RSMs and other departments as needed.
Run reports as required
Special projects deemed necessary by manager.
Troubleshoot and problem-solve as necessary
Monitor email box and voicemail and respond timely
Follow procedures to process claims in timely manner

1 year of experience in data entry
Information management including data integration and data quality
Understanding of how to work with massive datasets
Ability to multitask and prioritize projects
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Microsoft Office experience (Skype, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Committed to developing insightful user-friendly environments and reports
Assessing current processes and recommending changes as needed
Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
Seek out unsolved problems and take the initiative to address them
Strong prioritization and time-management skills
