Service Now HR Case Management Analyst
Dallas, TX (Memphis, TN and Mclean, VA options)
IMMEDIATE NEW job opening for a Sr. Analyst to join our team and work on-site at our client's global HQ's in Dallas, Texas.
This role will be responsible for supporting Service Now from the HR side. Specifically, this role will focus on Service Now Case Management. This role will be responsible for reviewing all cases and assigning them.
The case load is about 300-400/day. This role will also be responsible for reporting and analytics. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and while using Service Now will come up with other ways to streamline the tool and will partner with his or her technical counterpart to help these custom changes come to fruition.
o Act as a Traffic Manager
o Centralized resource to triage cases and assign accordingly
o Monitor workload for each HRX resource and re-assign as needed
o Monitor response time and SLA
o Identify case trends and escalate as needed
o Extremely thoughtful and analytical
o Experience with Service Now (specifically HR Case Management module)
o Familiar with the Knowledge Management Component
o 2+ years' experience as an HR Analyst preferred
o Bachelor's Degree - preferred
