Drive regional service growth by identifying service market growth potential for the CE and MS products (including associated devices / SW) lines. Collect and use Market and Competitive intelligence (including Win/loss analysis, market analysis, competitor analysis and regional product impact) to generate campaigns that maximize lead funnel etc.
Collect VOC, and provide critical inputs to service product strategy based on regional and market segment needs. Develops and owns local go to market plans for Contracts, Repair and Aftermarket Products. Includes development and management of lead campaigns, market brochures and value proposition.
Execute regional introduction of new service products, developing targeted service promo's and build appropriate service bundles. Recommends pricing and discount levels for contracts, parts and accessories based on regional market situations. Identify new opportunities and develop joint campaigns with Instrument/Market related MDMs to drive growth. The successful candidate will be expected to partner closely with colleagues in service sales, field sales, field service, product management, service management, marketing and marketing operation and leadership.
The position requires the skills and knowledge normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree (B.S./B.A).
3 years within service operations, ideally in a sales or marketing role. Strong knowledge of field service business. Ideally PMP qualified or part-qualified and/or previous experience in a project management / marketing role.
Must have experience in making business review presentations. Strong analytical, time management, problem solving, prioritization and planning skills are required.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are needed, as are computer skills, including SFDC, Oracle, PowerBI, Eloqua, and Microsoft Office. Extensive knowledge of SCIEX technology and overall service market place
Go to Market Strategy:
Develop Business Model for regional specific market
Develop and implement Growth and GTM strategy
Manage Service Product(s) Phase-in and Discontinuation
Develop regional Pricing for Contracts and Aftermarket together with Global Service Portfolio Management
Collect VOC, Competitive intelligence across all market segments
Using local market knowledge provide input into regional pricing strategies
Identify local product needs and provide input into development process
Develop KOL and Reference Site in defined segment, leverage whole company resources (Vertical Market Development, Sales, Field Application Support, Service)
Generate Lead Funnel to achieve regional order and revenue targets
Develop and implement regional campaigns to drive growth
Track Win-loss analysis
Provide Sales Support (value proposition, training, product and pricing, adhoc)
Develop Market Awareness and Interest, driving Mar-com activities
