    No pest control experience necessary--we train you for your pest services career!     As a successful Service Manager in Training, your skills will be used to: Lead and mentor service technicians and provide highly skilled "hands-on" management Train and develop technicians to motivate the team in providing high-quality customer and technical services Perform quality pest control services and fill in on open routes as necessary Conduct in-house and in field technician training and meetings Monitor scheduling and routing to drive efficiencies and productivity Guide service technicians in resolving client issues and concerns and ensure that customer expectations are met Interact with both commercial and residential clients and perform quality site inspections Review and submit service-related documents and reporting Assist with interviewing and selecting service technicians Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies, perform vehicle and uniform inspections and serve as a key member of the Branch Team! Do it for you, me & OPC  Join OUR High Quality Pest Control Team!   Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old High School Diploma/GED  Valid driver's license  Experience in home services industry is preferred    Must maintain a good driving record and be able to pass criminal history background check, physical exam and drug screen.     Physical Demands / Working Environment:

  Candidates must be able to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations:   Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity  Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.  Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
