Responsibilities:

  • Manages the Mail Hub and helps with customer complaints and inquires pertaining to mail services.

  • Ensures timely deliveries are made three times a day.

  • Supervises 1 FTE in the performance of his performance with mail services.

  • Maintains the proper maintenance and service of the company van. MUST have a valid driver license.

  • Ensure all accountable packages are tracked and signed for.

  • Ensure timely delivery of month, quarterly reports.

  • Provide monthly metrics Help develop an efficient route for delivery of mail.

  • Ensure and maintain schedules set forth in contract.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

  • 1 to 2 year experience in a mail room or experience at FedEx and/or UPS.

  • Proficiency in MS-Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point. Must have valid driver license

  • Ability to appropriately handle confidential and highly sensitive material.

The Vendor Steady State Program Management Office (PMO) comprises a dedicated Service Manager who is responsible to assume full accountability for the performance of all Vendor provided services. Responsibilities include: * Acting as primary liaison between the Vendor and NYCDEP for all service delivery issues. * Monitoring ongoing service management to ensure performance commitments. * Establishing periodic status meetings and formal program review between the Vendor and NYCDEP, and any subcontractors to discuss status of the services. * Managing Vendor's subcontractors and the services they supply, to ensure the subcontractors perform to targets contained within their contracts and agreements. * Providing financial management by supporting the specialized billing processes for this program, review first and last invoices for the services, support resolution of open billing or credit action items and research billing disputes and issues. * Providing scheduled Semi-Annual Preventative Maintenance with photos and documentation. * Providing incident-based dispatches within the specified response service level agreement for, break/fix and repair maintenance with photos and documentation. * Steady State reporting as required under SSTP in 6.5. * General Governance and Customer Service. You'll need to have: * Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience. * Three or more years of relevant work experience. * Experience in Finance and/or Accounting. * Experience in IT and/or Telecom environment.
