Restaurant Technologies, the leading provider of highly innovative and value-enhancing bulk cooking oil management services to the food service industry, is currently seeking a Service Manager to join our growing and innovative team. You will have the opportunity to join a small but experienced Operations Management team and to make an impact quickly, have direct exposure to key leaders in the organization and contribute to the growth and expansion of the company.

Position Description

As a Service Manager with Restaurant Technologies, you will be responsible for leading a team and providing operational oversight for all service processes for your depot location. The Service Manager has an opportunity to excel in several key areas in a Depot including people leadership, P & L management, customer service and reliability and safety and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • People Leadership; developing and managing a team of Field Service Technicians

  • Workforce planning, recruiting, hiring, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, recognition and development

  • Safety & Operational Excellence; role model and enforce a safety-driven culture

  • Customer Service; work across the depot matrix organization to ensure customers are satisfied and deploy service priorities for the depot

  • Depot financials; work alongside the General Manager to meet the financial goals of the depot/business. Manage the P&L budgets and metrics for the service department

Position Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in operations with 2+ years of people management experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

  • Proven track record of managing customer service challenges and wins

  • Strong business acumen ; track record of achieving financial and operational goals

  • Ability to motivate others and build highly engaged and effective teams
