Peak Living LLC is currently seeking qualified Service Managers. Qualified candidates should forward resumes in PDF or Word format.


Under the direction of the Community Manager, the Service Manager maintains the property in a high-quality condition, provides excellent customer service, supervises preparation of move-ins and operates within approved budget.


Non-exempt Hourly


Typical range of hours is based on the community needs and may require weekends and after hour emergency services. Workdays may be adjusted based on community needs. Full Time: 5

days per week, 8 hours per day. (Minimum of 32 hours, average 40 hours).

Knowledge / Skills / Ability

  • Hands-on working knowledge of typical apartment maintenance tasks is required.

  • Must possess leadership skills and ability to deal effectively with customers.

  • Must have basic knowledge of HVAC and become CFC certified within 90 days of employment.

  • Attend any required Peak Living maintenance trainings.

Preferred Education and Experience

  • One year as a Maintenance Supervisor with professional management firm or six months assistant with Peak Living LLC. Final decision as to suitability is made by Regional Manager.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Assist Community Manager in hiring, inspecting, counseling and promoting, staffing levels as directed by the Regional Manager and if needed, terminating employees.

  • Teach skills to staff members.

  • Schedule work.

  • Maintain a safe working environment.

Residential Standards

  • Make sure that common areas are safe, in repair and clean.

  • Perform preventive maintenance for pools, parking lots, building exteriors, etc.

  • Make Capital improvement recommendations.

  • Respond to all service requests within 24 hours.

  • Prepare all apartments in market ready condition within 7 days of becoming vacant.

  • Visit competing properties and inspect quality of maintenance.

  • Order parts as need to repair community.

  • Continually educate staff on safe working conditions and keep informed on all work safety issues including OSHA guidelines and Peak Living safe working conditions bulletin.

Responsibilities: * Performs on-site service and repair of single wafer deposition semiconductor processing equipment * Troubleshoots equipment problems * Maintains records and reports as required * Coordinates activities with peers, supervisor(s) and customers to minimize equipment downtime and interruptions * Orders and installs parts * Responds to emergency service calls as required * Instructs customer operating technicians on system operation and maintenance * Perform upgrades and modifications to equipment as needed * Remain current on equipment/tools through appropriate training, manuals, factory periodicals, and other relevant materials * Incumbents are responsible for the upkeep, maintenance and security of company property including vehicles, tools, etc. * Employees must also maintain standards of conduct acceptable to both TEA and customers to maintain credentials for being on customer site(s) Qualifications: * Associates degree in electronics, engineering, or other applicable field of study; or completion of technical military program; or 2 years related experience * Previous experience in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of single wafer deposition semiconductor capital equipment * Excellent customer interface skills are required * Mechanical aptitude is required as well as an ability to use appropriate tools * Thorough understanding of technical issues involving the maintenance, repair and/or installation of company equipment and company procedures are required Physical Requirements: Job duties are often performed in confined areas in a clean room environment, in awkward positions and/or in high places. Mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity and ability to lift/carry objects up to 35 pounds is required. May require bending/stooping/crawling/climbing. May require the use of Personal Protection equipment and proper industry safety procedures when working with one or more dangerous element or conditions such as chemicals, electric currents or high voltage, moving mechanical parts, radiation, etc. Occasional overnight travel to TEL factory, training facilities and customer locations may be required.
