Service Manager

Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Service Manager to join our team You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues, scheduling shop work, determining warranty coverage Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries and complaints Schedule repairs in shop Provide information about the products and services Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns Oversee mechanics to ensure prompt and quality repairs Document and update customer records based on interactions Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services ​ Qualifications: Previous experience in the outdoor power industry OR small engine repairs Ability to build rapport with clients Ability to prioritize and multitask Positive and professional demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills Company Description Mowers Inc is a family owned and operated business celebrating it's 11th year in the Sarasota area We are also hiring for multiple positions at our Sarasota AND Bradenton locations (delivery drivers, 4-stroke mechanics, shipping & receiving, sales) Company Description Mowers Inc is a family owned and operated business celebrating it's 11th year in the Sarasota area
