A Service Manager is urgently needed to join a power systems industry leader in Williston, ND. This position is responsible for overall accountability of managing a Service Department, overseeing the development of shop and field technicians, growing existing customers, developing new customers, and year over year profitability of the service centre.
Service Mangers Will Have:
Minimum 3 years experience as a manager at this level
customer-oriented background tied with strong leadership skills
excellent understanding of mechanical components and associated repairs
experience with 5S lean principles
