Job Summary: Responsible for allaspects of field service. Assisting field serviceman in safely providing quality, error-free service to all Cactus Wellhead Customers. Includes training both in the field and at the facility. Responsible for the active marketing of the service department in effort to increase customer base, through frequent customer contact both in an office environment and in the field.

Essential duties and responsibilities include thefollowing.
  • Practicessafe work habits and complies with all quality, safety, health andenvironmental policies, procedures, programs and regulations.

  • Responsiblefor actively and continually recruiting qualified candidates for necessarypositions for the department assigned to, as well as other Cactus Wellheadpositions as able.

  • Supervisesdepartment personnel including interviewing, hiring, training, mentoring,coaching, counseling and corrective action when required.

  • Actsas liaison between sales and service department.

  • Ensuresawareness of customer requirements and customer specific running procedures.

  • Supervisesservice personnel and provides training in job functions, safety, policies andprocedures

  • andassuring compliance.

  • Plansfield installations ensuring that proper tools, spares, backup equipment andpersonnel are

  • availablewhen needed.

  • Assistsin scheduling assignments of Service Technicians to ensure the best match ofindividual

  • capabilitiesand competency to project requirements.

  • Assistswith logistics including travel and obtaining additional parts or tools.

  • Tracksand maintains an inventory of service tools and ensures that adequate andnecessary

  • maintenanceof all service equipment and vehicles is performed.

  • Providesfeedback (reports, investigates and implements corrective action) of fieldproblems to

  • thecompany through preparation and processing of Field Performance Reports.

  • Ensuresall company vehicles are well maintained and all necessary repairs are conductedin a

  • timelymanner and consistent with company policy.

  • Ensuresall service vehicles have the necessary tools and safety equipment needed toperform a

  • servicejob.

  • Overseesthe continual upgrade and inspection of all service tools, to ensure their safety,fitness for

  • purposeand their serviceability.

  • Maintainsaccurate and current records for vehicles, mileage and service expenses.

  • Reviewsall completed Field Service Orders to assure information is accurate andcomplete prior to

  • invoicing.

  • Performsall functional responsibilities of a Field Serviceman.

  • Specialprojects or assignments as directed by management.

Education, Training,Experience: High school diploma or general educationdegree (GED); or five to ten years related experience and/or training; orequivalent combination of education and experience.

Job Knowledge, Skills,Abilities:Working knowledge of Cactus Wellhead Products, Service Documentation and RecordKeeping; Wellhead and Valve Installation, Operation, and Maintenance, CorrectiveAction and Field Complaint Investigations. Equipment Troubleshooting of CactusWellhead and Other OEM Equipment; Customer Relationships and Networking,Customer Service Best Practices. Intermediate Computer Skills, Advanced Mathematicaland Language Skills and Advanced Reasoning Ability.

Directly manage a team of Service personnel. Carry out supervisoryresponsibilities in accordance with the Company's policies and applicable laws.

Major Duties & Responsibilities: * Expected to spend 95% of the time in the field engaging with team members. * Responsible for exhibiting and enforcing behaviors in line with The Pumpco Way among all team members * Promote a questioning attitude and teamwork among all crew members. * Responsible for enforcing Pumpco policies, procedures, and HSEQ for all personnel on location and communicating with the Operations Manager when incidents or violations occur. * Ensure logistics for the fleet run smoothly during the life of the project. * Complete pre-job planning and implementation for fleet frac programs including planning, coordinating, and executing fleet pad moves. * Verify pre-job set up including supply inventory, proper equipment set-up, clear expectations with third-party providers, and ensuring back-up equipment is available. * Responsible for implementing new procedures and providing proper training to all team members. * Will support and conduct verifications of operational execution utilizing an internal audit program * Responsible for ensuring competency and training for team members and provides coaching to improve performance and encourage job progression. * Responsible for final sign off regarding competency and training assessments and scheduling training as needed. * Participate in root cause analysis investigations * Responsible for monitoring internal and client based KPIs; working to reduce NPT without compromising the safety of the crew and equipment * Attend customer meetings and functions when requested. * Empowered to provide feedback to Operations management on opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness. * Perform various other duties assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.
