Job Responsibilities: Manage a team of Mobile Technicians and Service Coordinators Recruit and help train Mobile Technician's nationally Develop policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations Oversee and manage the department's fleet services Provide Mobile Technician's schedules & update Outlook calendars accordingly Source materials needed for jobs (can be via telephone or online) & keep track of delivery date Be a liaison to our service department as workorder requests come through Communicate daily with our mobile technicians to ensure a seamless process for all Update service department on job(s) when necessary (our techs in the field will often utilize in-office staff to relay messages) Oversee and manage the department's invoice process and expense management Be a liaison between the department and Accounting to ensure proper reporting Job Qualifications: Associate's degree in business administration, management, engineering or a related field (preferred) 3 years of experience Preferred candidate based in Long Island, NY but willing to offer remote space with occasional travel to HQ's Strong organizational, analytical, and quantitative skills Valid driver's license Detail oriented and create thinking Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite, internet, and Outlook Benefits:
