As a service manager, you're an integral part of the branch management team who works together to deliver an exceptional customer and team member experience, manage risk, and support growth. You will spend most of your time directly assisting customers and supporting tellers in serving their customers. As a leader, you will coach, motivate and develop your team of direct reports to achieve their full potential and meet established business objectives.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Lead the team and serve as a role model by providing excellent customer service including engaging customers in conversations and building relationships with them

  • Serve as a leader in managing risk; accountable for alignment with applicable regulations, policy and procedure requirements, audit and escalation procedures

  • Lead the team to ensure customers are informed of the ways Wells Fargo can help them succeed financially, by making introductions to other branch team members and sharing digital banking options

  • Attract, retain and develop talent

  • Coach and provide feedback leveraging performance management tools and processes

  • Support customers in resolving or escalating concerns or complaints

  • Manage your team's schedule and lead the day-to-day operations of the teller line

  • Work a cash drawer to directly serve customers and perform teller and lead teller duties

This LO position has customer contact and job duties which may include needs assessing and referring those customers interested in a dwelling secured product to a SAFE team member. This position includes assisting customers without taking an application and without offering or negotiating terms of a dwelling secured transaction. Individuals in a LO position also must meet the Loan Originator requirements under Regulation Z (LO) outlined in the job expectations below.

  • Lead your team with integrity and create an environment where your team members feel included, valued, and supported to do work that energizes them.

  • Accomplish management responsibilities which include sourcing and hiring talented team members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, recognizing and developing team members, identifying and managing risks, and completing daily management tasks.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience assessing and meeting the needs of customers and/or helping with issue resolution
  • 2+ years of experience following policies and procedures
  • 2+ years of leadership experience including coaching, training, or mentoring

  • Leadership skills including the ability to build, develop, and motivate a diverse work team

  • Experience addressing and resolving complex customer issues

Job Expectations

  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed or scheduled

  • Individuals in Loan Originator (LO) positions must meet the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau qualification requirements and comply with related Wells Fargo policies. The LO qualification requirements include meeting applicable financial responsibility, character, general financial fitness and criminal background standards. A current credit report will be used to assess your financial responsibility and credit fitness, however, a credit score is not included as part of the evaluation. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening, if necessary.

Salary Information

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.

Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to train at our South Minneapolis property, The Rose, then potentially transfer to a new Aeon property in Bloomington, MN! The Assistant Property Manager is a business leader who focuses on resident customer service and assists in managing operations, leasing activity, renewals, collections, financial reporting, supplies, and communications of a multi-million-dollar apartment community. This position requires unmatched customer service and someone who thrives in a customer-centric, fast-paced environment. This individual will also support the Property Manager in maintaining the physical building, in partnership with the maintenance team, to protect and maintain the asset and promote financial health of the property by achieving the annual budget goals. The Assistant Property Manager reports to the Property Manager. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Resident/Property Relations: Respond to resident, vendor and management needs, issues, or problems. Duties may include: entering maintenance requests, granting access as needed, attending community meetings as needed and responding to emergencies. * Office/Administrative Support: Support the site office by being present during property office hours, answering telephone, filing, sorting mail, maintaining office equipment, ordering office supplies, referring residents, providing accurate rental information, and giving access to vendors/contractors. * Compliance: Support the Property Manager in achieving overall compliance of the property, including, but not limited to collecting, processing and properly filing of the required information. * Property Finances: Lead the entire rent collection process including: issuing receipts to residents, preparing deposits, and creating delinquent letters. Support Property Manager with lease termination and legal action, if necessary. Assist in managing the property's budget by making sound fiscal decisions to increase the net operating income of the community. * Marketing & Leasing: Obtain occupancy goals as set by the budget/organization by marketing, processing applications, retaining residents, and affirmative marketing. * Physical Asset: Support the Property Manager to ensure unit and common area components pass all physical inspections. Inspect apartments during move-in and move outs, walking apartments and the community as needed.
