RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • From staging vehicles to shuttling customers, this role is essential to the function of the dealership.

  • Keep the drive clear by parking cars, recording inventory, and storing keys.

  • Various detailing tasks: wash cars, vacuum interiors and clean glass.

  • Make sure parking, reception, waiting areas and carwash areas are clean and presentable.

  • Keep service team materials (key tags, mats, early bird envelopes, seat covers) and waiting areas stocked and tidy.

  • Supporting the service team, as needed, through miscellaneous ad hoc duties.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to read and comprehend job-related instructions and information whether electronic or paper-based in English.

  • Must be at least 18 years old with high school diploma or equivalent

  • Excellent manual dexterity skills as well as patience and an eye for detail.

  • Be able to accommodate the physical requirements of the role: standing 6-8 hours per day and will be exposed to noise, vibration, dust, exhaust fumes, and a variety of other hazardous and non-hazardous materials. This role will spend a majority of the time outdoors and be exposed to the elements.

The Technical Product Manager 3 is a strategic position responsible for rigorously understanding end-user customers, leading the developments, and execution of plans to meet their various needs. This includes creating multi-year product roadmaps, and ensuring the product is appropriately funded across its life. This role ensures product delivery according to a well-defined road map, including appropriate cost and value to the organization and customers. The incumbent uses broad expertise, utilizes creativity and exercises independent judgment to identify and segment the needs of varying solutions. They develop and implement training and awareness programs that support products and monitor the results and metrics of product performance. This individual works with divine guidance to provide or support technology that furthers the mission of the Church and reflects the eternal impact of the gospel. Responsibilities * Leading and participating in cross-functional teams to research and understand the needs and motivation for those who help others with family history * Leading and influencing others to help improve our services and experiences for youth and families to work together in family history * A/B testing, analyzing metrics, gathering customer feedback, and continually improving the user experience * This person needs to have excellent product management skills and experience but will not own specific products. He or she will have broad influence as we seek to understand and implement new and improved ways to help those with African roots to discover and celebrate their family history and heritage. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have the following experience: * Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, information systems, business, or a related field * At least 7-10 years experience working in product management or a related position Demonstrated Skills & Abilities: * Ability to think beyond feature development to ensure the entire end-to-end customer experience is awesome * Passion for family history and experience helping others to discover their roots * Strong experience researching, or helping others to research, African roots * Strong understanding of the unique challenges of researching African ancestry * Experience working in Africa and/or understanding of the challenges faced by those in Africa who want to participate in family history is a significant plus * Product management or development experience with multi-lingual, consumer-oriented websites * Passion for understanding customers and delivering products and services that meet their needs * Metrics driven approach to measuring success and finding ways to continually improve including contextual inquiry, A/B testing, usability testing, and on-going user feedback * Ability to create a product vision that excites users and inspires and aligns internal teams and the skills to turn that vision into a well-defined product roadmap and user stories * Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Lean Startup development * Clear, concise communication and presentation skills * Ability to work with people of different backgrounds, disciplines, skills, cultures, and languages * Ability to speak a foreign language and experience working with global customers a definite plus Worthiness Qualification Must be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and currently temple worthy.
