Service Engineer Lead will need to have experience diagnosing/debugging faults in complex online services. Ability to identify and script automatable problems, perform work with efficiency in mind. Demonstrated ability to lead teams while performing on-shift individual contributor work. Required Qualifications

Holding an active TS/SCI Clearance w/Polygraph Required
