Service Dispatch Coordinator - Part-Time

Casey's Store Support Center in Ankeny, IA, is searching for a part-time Service Dispatch Coordinator to join our Field Support Services Team. Our Field Support Services Team is responsible for assisting with the construction, maintenance, and repair of 2,600+ Casey's stores.

As a Service Dispatch Coordinator, you will assist store team members in dispatching service for emergency and non-emergency repair work. You will be responsible for responding to calls for service on all store equipment and property and dispatching service as needed. You will also ensure all calls are accurately logged in the dispatch data system.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to calls for emergency/non-emergency service on all store equipment and property.

• Respond to security calls and logs related issues into Emergency Signal System.

• Responsible for dispatching Service Technician and equipment to assigned stores for replacement and repair of store equipment and property.

• Responsible for hiring subcontractors in emergency situations. Escalates to Management for assistance with resolution, if needed.

• Responsible for accurately logging all calls into dispatch data system as received.

Hours for this position are 7:00 am-3:00 pm Saturdays, Sundays, and Casey's observed Holidays (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day).
