CGI Federal is looking for talented Intermediate Service Desk Technician to provide excellent desktop, laptop and network support for next generation multimedia management systems. Applicant will work with other talented and creative professionals to support computing systems that bring a plethora of multimedia information to every branch of America's military personnel stationed around the world.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Troubleshoot user accounts and reset passwords for customers
Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on a variety of computing devices
Prepare systems for lifecycle replacement according to government standards
Install baseline images to newly-acquired computing systems
Installation of network cabling and modifications, as required.
Enter and manage Service Desk tickets into the automated trouble ticketing system
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
3 to 5 years of Service Desk experience
Ability to assist Team Lead in managing daily tasks of assigned team members
Excellent phone and in-person customer service and support skills
Active Secret Security Clearance
Active CompTIA Security+ Certification
