TechnoSphere, Inc. is an Information Technology staffing and consulting company that specializes in delivering key business solutions.

Our client is a major company that deals with insurance brokerage and reinsurance that is located in Louisville KY. We are looking for a Service Desk Support to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software problems for users; provide Level 1 service desk role; and assist users in troubleshooting technical issues by phone and/or remote (40-50 average phone calls per day). This is 4 6 months contract assignment, might go longer.

Required skills:
Must have experience in the following: Helpdesk/desktop support, Phone/Remote support, Level 1 technical support, MS Office Suite, Windows

VIEW JOBS 11/13/2018 11:42:28 PM 2019-02-11T23:42 <p><strong>3 months contract-to-hire for the </strong><strong>Help Desk Support Technician in </strong><strong>Louisville, KY (40223)</strong></p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Coordinates, diagnoses, or resolves incoming client calls, email, or self-service tickets.</li> <li>Provides support services, of a technical nature, to customers and clients.</li> <li>Provides a timely resolution to questions and problems, or escalates on behalf of the customer to appropriate support personnel.</li> <li>Provides case status updates to management and end-users.</li> <li>Supports and maintains effective relationships with users by performing the following tasks:</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Process inbound voice & electronic incidents.</li> <li>Maximize ready state for inbound incidents.</li> <li>Password Reset Services.</li> <li>Follow-up on open cases.</li> <li>Resolve incidents using the Knowledge Base, experience & real-time guidance from Tier II agents.</li> <li>Follows SOP for escalation & Knowledge Mgmt. activities (KB usage, link articles to tickets, flags articles for updates, request new knowledge).</li> <li>Process and/or resolve all Svc Desk resolvable & other open unresolved incidents using SOP guidelines.</li> </ul> <p>Work schedule will be M-F 8 am to 4:30 PM +/- 2 hour. Occasional OT may be offered. Scheduling flexibility is a major plus.
