Do you possess strong customer service and technical troubleshooting skills? THE RIGHT STAFF is seeking multiple long-term contract Service Desk Specialists for our client in the Northwest Metro Area. The right fit will be able to work in a fast growing educational services setting providing helpdesk support to callers.
This is a long term contract position paying $19 per hour.
Provide professional high-level customer service for technical and non-technical issues.
Resolve test administration and report tickets.
Provide proper follow up regarding ticket resolution or status.
Obtain several certifications through training and contract duration.
Meet performance metrics: call quality and customer satisfaction.
Properly document all customer calls and tickets.
1-3 years of technical support experience in a non-scripted inbound call center.
Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
Strong aptitude in learning new systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong time management and accurate documentation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High School Diploma/GED, Technical Certificates or Associates Degree preferred.
HOURS AND BENEFITS:
Pays $19 per hour.
Monday thru Friday, 7 A.M. To 7 P.M., 8 hour shifts.
Located in Plymouth, MN. This position is not on the bus line.
