Service Desk Representative

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in customer service, preferably in an athletic club, as a Barista, or other service industry preferred. Specific Responsibilities: Be able to count and verify cash, shift activity, and gift certificates, with departing shift Be able to use basic computer skills Multi-tasking is a priority Be able to recognize and greet our member’s by name Make coffee and smoothies in a precise and efficient manner Answer multiple phone lines and be able to transfer and voicemail as necessary Keep locker rooms cleaned and stocked with necessary supplies General Responsibilities: Work with members and guests in a respectful and courteous manner Remain sensitive to others and maintain a genuine interest in working for our member’s best interests Maintain a positive attitude while working with team members Demonstrate qualities of leadership, responsibility, and maturity Alert supervisor of any current or potential problems Possess good communication and written skills Be able to comprehend instructions and information Have the people skills necessary to work effectively with the members and fellow employees
