The Service Desk Analyst provides a world class level of customer service to all employees, partners, and other affiliates as a single point of contact for end users to receive IT support and service. These positions serve as a representative of the IT department and must do so with professionalism, competence, and positivity.
Responsibilties include monitoring the Service Desk phone queue and the ticketing system, while properly noting, categorizing, and logging trouble tickets; owning all tickets to ensure every issue is resolved in a timely manner or escalated to higher level of technical support when necessary. Adherence to established procedures and security policies is a must and high confidentiality is required in accordance with the agencies' high standards and SLA's (Service Level Agreements) in place for each client.

Conceptual understanding of Active Directory forests, domains, sub-domains.
Understanding of various browsers.
Understanding of common 3rd party plug-ins (Java, Adobe Flash, Adobe Reader, etc.).
Education: High school diploma or GED required; Technical Certification, Associate's degree preferred. A combination of education, training, and experience may be substituted when competency in the role is demonstrated.
Salary: $27,040 - $35,360 (commensurate with experience)
