Position Summary

The candidate will become a member of the NCR Digital Transformation Team responsible for global implementation and support of the Enterprise Services (ES) program. This organization partners with IT and NCR Services Field Operations to architect world class, end-to-end IT solutions spanning functional areas such as Incident Creation, Remote Support, Incident Management, Field Operations, and Parts Logistics. This organization works closely with other IT Services organizations to perform global systems integration with ERP systems, other Service-related systems, and the Enterprise Data Warehouse.

The Field Technology Field Operations Analyst will focus on managing app development in an Agile development environment, working with the user community to support their technology requirements. This position will require excellent and clear communication with users. These tasks will be linked to the implementation and maintenance of new features and capacities to the end users, and to the deployment of new technologies.

The application footprint includes the following Oracle CRM modules: Fusion Cloud, Field Service Cloud, Advanced Scheduler, Spares Management, and existing Service Logistics modules.

Basic Qualifications

• BS/BA in Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems.

• 2+ years of Customer Service Delivery experience.

• Expert knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint

• Strong English written and oral communication skills

• Ability to deal with multiple cultures and regional differences.

• Ability to travel globally as needed.

Preferred Qualification

• Strong understanding of current Field Service Delivery processes and systems.

• Knowledge of Oracle Field Service structure preferred.

• Strong analysis and design skills

• Strong team orientation.

• Experience with the following:

• Process Automation (MS Power Automate)

• MS Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI)

• Video Editing

• Quickbase

• Web Design/SharePoint Design/Java
