Position Summary
Under general supervision, but in conformity with established policies and procedures, performs analytical, technical and administrative work in the planning, design, installation and maintenance of new and existing telephone systems, mobile devices, ATM hardware and software, copier/scanning/faxing systems and PC's; provides support, guidance and expertise to users. Assist Help Desk with user support calls/emails in a backup role. Maintain vendor relationships and maintenance contracts with telco providers as well as the other systems as directed.

Required Experience:
Project management experience.
Experience with PC hardware/software and networks preferred or equivalent work experience.
Telephone System/Video Conference Administration.
Preferred Experience:
Experience with installation or servicing of other electronic banking equipment helpful.
ATM and copier operation, installation, and maintenance.
Two to four years of experience/training with IP Telephony equipment and videoconferencing, working with telecommunication carriers, various types of PCs and knowledge of related peripheral equipment, along with network experience/training.
Familiar with Cisco UC applications including Call Manager, Unity, IM&P, CER, Webex and others.
Experience with Helpdesk ticketing administration.
Familiar with Blackberry email administration.
Required Skills:
Basic project management skills.
Above average written and oral communication skills.
MS Office skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
