As a member of the Lodging General Accounting team, the Service Delivery Ops Senior Analyst manages both external and internal audit requests for client's hotels. Responsibilities include: timely response to audit requests, following standards for audits, compliance with control narratives, managing the assignment of the requests and tracking these requests in order to provide data analytics.
This role will have daily interactions with off-shore team. In addition, the Senior Analyst is involved with month end financial close activities for hotels and assists as required within the Operations Accounting. This position reports to the Service Delivery Operations Team Lead and provides a weekly status update of all audit requests that are open, in progress or closed.
