The Service Delivery Operations Associate Manager is responsible for the overall team performance to client expectations. This role will act as the escalation POC for Supervisors Support staff delivering for a Health Claims Administration client.
The Service Delivery Ops Associate Manager manages internal external client relationships within a defined area of responsibility, and provides strategic direction for the project. The Service Delivery Operations Associate Manager is responsible for achieving client SLA's, KPI's and in case of risk of not achieving developing and executing an action plan to recover. The individual is also responsible for guiding the client through the Journey to Intelligent Operations and maintaining key Accenture initiatives. This role exercises consistent judgment and discretion with work directly related to management compliance policies and the general operations of the business while ensuring successful financial profitability in line with company targets.
Minimum 4 years of Service Delivery Operations Experience
Minimum 2 years of of Direct Management of personnel performance
Outsourcing operations experience
Knowledge and experience in US Health Care Management
Demonstrated experience leading large scale operations 100 person teams while managing to strict deliverables for a client in an ever evolving environment
